Is this fulltime or part time?

Every opportunity within the DRS marketplace is a 1099 contractor opportunity. As such. you determine how much or how little you work.

Do I have to pass a background check?

Yes, once you are approved and signed up on the marketplace and chosen a client to work for, there will be a required background check, there is a one-time fee of $30 paid to our third party vendor. You only pay for a background check once every 3 years.

How Do I Get Paid?

You are paid the 1st and the 15th via direct deposit for the hours you work previously.

Do I get paid during training?

It is important to check the program details for the clients you choose to work for as it is explained if training is paid. It is different for each client.

Do you offer insurance or benefits?

As a 1099 contractor we do not provide medical, dental or vision or any insurance benefits to you.

Is there a fee to be a contractor?

We at Divine Remote Services LLC are in partnership with Arise. They do charge a $19.75 fee each pay period for using the platform and having access to their partners. DRS also charges a program fee of $39.99 per invoice twice a month for an administrative fee. You are not charged any federal or state taxes as a 1099 contractor from your pay, you are responsible for paying taxes on your own, you can find more information on irs.gov..
